For you to be joyful, you must accept your current reality and be okay with it or be content with the changes you will make to improve your life. Joyfulness is feeling satisfied with what you have, feeling at peace, and not constantly worrying. If you are continually worried about things, THEN you are not a very joyful person. A joyful person can navigate hardships and still feel this deep sense of peace, able to accept your limited control of things and let go of the rest.

How can you achieve a joyful life?

  1. You will feel JOY when you are living a life that is aligned with your values.

  2. You will feel JOY when you are grateful every day for what you have and the experiences you have encountered.

  3. You will feel JOY when you walk in your WHY, your purpose.

  4. You will feel JOY when you can create feelings of pure content, take little steps forward, and build self-confidence.

    1. Many psychologists and experts suggest that to build confidence, you must first take action.

  5. You will feel JOY when you serve others - remove your focus on yourself and help others.

  6. You will feel JOY when you take time to be in nature - be mindful of your surroundings and appreciate the beauty of nature.

  7. You will feel JOY when you find moments to smile and laugh.
